Returns & Refunds Policy
Please see below for Bitesize Bakehouse's "Returns & Refunds Policy" for all shop items - whether sold in person at events, via the online shop or pre-ordered.

Please note, all bespoke orders (celebration cakes, wedding cakes, grazing tables and other large orders) are subject to the returns and refunds policy as set out within Bitesize Bakehouse's Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
Cancellation -
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as far in advance as possible.
All orders cancelled 14 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund.
All orders cancelled with less than 14 days notice will not be entitled to a refund as standard. If the item is not already in production, a refund may be possible. This will be at Bitesize Bakehouse's discretion and subject to deductions for unavoidable outlays for the confirmed order.
Refunds and Returns-
As standard, we operate a no returns or exchanges policy due to the perishable nature of our items and because all items are made to order, however please contact hello@bitesizebakehouse.com if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will be provided in the event that you receive the incorrect product. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your item(s), you must contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. Bitesize Bakehouse will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
